The Athlete Health Exchange is a global project space for people who want to improve athlete health where it actually happens.
Each season asks one clear question, builds one simple tool, and tests it in real teams and programs.
The Athlete Health Exchange runs in seasons instead of conferences.
Each season focuses on one core athlete health issue, produces a co-designed practical tool, tests that tool with partners across regions, and publishes a clear playbook, a short field note, and a set of stories.
Ideas move between athletes, staff, leaders, and researchers in a structured way.
We set the season question, invite members, and confirm basic design rules.
Members join multidisciplinary workgroups in globa time bands. Each workgroup designs its own version of the tool, an implementation plan, and a basic data and action plan. A small Season Design Studio integrates these into one Season Kit.
A focused Field Partner Cohort uses the Season Kit in real clubs, schools, teams, and clinics. We collect light data and field notes.
We review patterns and stories with members and publish a Playbook, Field Notes, and a Story Set each season. Then we turn to the next season question.

Season One tool: A weekly Athlete Voice Check In that takes less than one minute for athletes, Helps staff see who may need attention, supports early, appropriate response, and respects privacy and context.
Season One will run with clubs, schools, and clinics across regions and resource settings.
